What is the delivery time?

Estimated delivery is 4 to 8 business days. We ship with trusted carriers, and you’ll receive a tracking code as soon as your order is sent.

How do I return my order?

If you’re not satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days. Just contact us via our contact form with your order number. Our support team will guide you step by step.

Can I change my shipping address?

Yes, as long as your order hasn’t been processed yet. Contact us immediately with the correct address. If your package has already been shipped, we’ll help you as best as possible.

Where is my order?

You can track your order any time using the tracking link we send via email. It shows live updates of your shipment status.

My package didn’t include all the accessories. What should I do?

Double-check the packaging some items (like wiring kits or clips) may be packed inside compartments. If something is still missing, reach out to our support team with your order number and a photo, and we’ll solve it fast.

I made a mistake in my order. Can I fix it?

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, yes! Contact us immediately. If it’s already on the way, we’ll help you return or exchange it quickly once it arrives.
